The Job role:

• Ensuring facility and staff meet both company standards and NMC guidelines.
• Managing budgets and financial effectiveness of facility.
• Recruiting, interviewing, training, and supervising new staff.
• Delivering training when needed.
• Ensure health and safety compliance of all staff.
• Ensure personal care and administering medication is within regulatory guidelines.
• Providing information and support to service users’ multidisciplinary teams and families.
• Organising activities for residents to promote independence.
• Liaising with senior management team.
• Safeguarding and promoting welfare of staff and service user

Requirements:

• RGN/RMN Qualification
• NMC Registration
• Previous management experience in a care setting
