Black Fox Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a market leader in the manufacturing industry who operate globally and provide unique solutions to a wide range of sectors.

They are seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Technician to be based at their state-of-the-art facilities in Co. Antrim reporting to the Maintenance Manager to ensure machine & plant downtime is minimised.

Responsibilities include:

• Carrying out planned and preventative maintenance across plant equipment & machinery
• Playing a key role in developing a continuous improvement culture
• Keeping an accurate record of machine faults and maintenance logs
• Assisting with new machinery installations & refurbishments  
• Doing minor fabricating & welding when required
• Ensuring a high level of health & safety standards are maintained

Successful candidates will possess:

• A relevant mechanical qualification
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Sound knowledge of health & safety
