Level 2 Technical Support Engineer
We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join a growing I.T managed Services company in Lisburn. You will provide second level technical support to both internal and external customers via our client’s technical helpdesk, live chat and telephone.
- Provide Second Level technical Support via a range of mediums
- Where required, assist with pre-sales engagements including carrying out on-site audits and health checks and advising on the technical viability of technical solutions.
- Manage and monitor technical systems whether they be internal of on behalf of the customer
- Microsoft server 2012 or 2016
- Microfsoft Office 365 or Azure
- Cirtix (XenApp, XenDesktop or XenServer)
- Server Hardware & Storage ( IBM, Lenovo, Dell, HP etc)
