Level 2 Technical Support Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join a growing I.T managed Services company in Lisburn. You will provide second level technical support to both internal and external customers via our client’s technical helpdesk, live chat and telephone.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide Second Level technical Support via a range of mediums
  • Where required, assist with pre-sales engagements including carrying out on-site audits and health checks and advising on the technical viability of technical solutions.
  • Manage and monitor technical systems whether they be internal of on behalf of the customer

Experience Required

  • Microsoft server 2012 or 2016
  • Microfsoft Office 365 or Azure
  • Cirtix (XenApp, XenDesktop or XenServer)
  • Server Hardware & Storage ( IBM, Lenovo, Dell, HP etc)
  • Firewalls
