We are proudly working with a medical based company who are Europe’s leading manufacturer offering bespoke products to medical professionals on a global scale.

Due to continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to lead and develop the company’s people function.

In the role you will:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle,
• Support employee wellbeing and performance,
• Oversee hr systems and compliance,
• Help drive a positive workplace culture

We're looking for:

• CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent HR experience)
• 3+ years' generalist HR experience
• Strong knowledge of Northern Ireland employment law
• Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in an SME, manufacturing or healthcare environment is advantageous
