We are seeking an experienced HR Officer/Generalist to join our client, a rapidly expanding business based at their County Tyrone site.

Duties for this position include;

  • Providing HR support to management across business units.
  • Policy development and implementation.
  • Recruitment, selection and inductions.
  • Grievance & disciplinaries.
  • Training planning and coordination.
  • Health & safety training and development.

We are seeking a candidate who demonstrates;

  • At least 2 years’ experience gained in a generalist capacity, ideally within a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Sound level of IT literacy.
  • Third level qualification in a related discipline.
  • Good planning and prioritising abilities.
