We are seeking an experienced HR Officer/Generalist to join our client, a rapidly expanding business based at their County Tyrone site.
Duties for this position include;
- Providing HR support to management across business units.
- Policy development and implementation.
- Recruitment, selection and inductions.
- Grievance & disciplinaries.
- Training planning and coordination.
- Health & safety training and development.
We are seeking a candidate who demonstrates;
- At least 2 years’ experience gained in a generalist capacity, ideally within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Sound level of IT literacy.
- Third level qualification in a related discipline.
- Good planning and prioritising abilities.
