I am working alongside my client, a leading firm specialising in fit-outs with a global presence who seek an experienced HR Officer to join them during a period of sustained growth.
- Assist with training implementation and training budget
- Ensure company policies/procedures are updated/communicated
- Oversee employee absences
- Post job ads, source and interview candidates
- Attend trade shows to attract new candidates and business
- 3 years’ in a similar HR position
- CIPD qualification is advantageous
- Degree in HR/Business is desirable
- Confident communicator
- Strong organisation
