Your day to day:

  • You will oversee the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • You will participate in the recruitment process for new employees
  • You will develop and manage training and development programs
  • You will support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Maintaining employee records according to policy and legal requirements
  • Reviewing employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • A relevant 3rd level qualification
  • Previous experience in the recruitment process
  • Knowledge of HR software systems
  • IT literacy in MS Office and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills
