HR Business Partner
Our client a leading NI Business who continue to grow in their markets an as such are seeking to appoint an HR Business Partner to join them at their County Armagh facility.
Reporting into senior management you will support users across business units to include;
- Recruitment and Selection
- Employee relations
- Performance management
- Absence management
- Disciplinary and grievances.
- Specialist projects
Actively seeking to speak with interested applicants who possess;
- At least 3 years’ experience at a comparable level within a busy business environment, preference given to those coming from a manufacturing / production background
- Comfortable operating in a HR BP capacity
- Confident across NI employment legislation
- ER experience
