I am representing a leading multi-site company in County Antrim who currently require an experienced and career-driven HR Administrator on a full-time permanent basis.

Duties include:

  • Recruitment and selection activities
  • Payroll and benefit administration
  • New start/on-boarding administration
  • Completing employee files
  • Supporting grievance & disciplinaries
  • Equality monitoring documentation

Criteria:

  • HR/Business degree is advantageous
  • 1-2 year’s in HR Admin role
  • Written and verbal skills
  • IT literacy (MS Office and Excel)
  • CIPD qualification or working towards
