I am representing a leading multi-site company in County Antrim who currently require an experienced and career-driven HR Administrator on a full-time permanent basis.
- Recruitment and selection activities
- Payroll and benefit administration
- New start/on-boarding administration
- Completing employee files
- Supporting grievance & disciplinaries
- Equality monitoring documentation
- HR/Business degree is advantageous
- 1-2 year’s in HR Admin role
- Written and verbal skills
- IT literacy (MS Office and Excel)
- CIPD qualification or working towards
