I am looking for an experienced General Administrator or Office Administrator to join my client, a leading company within their competitive industry with locations all over NI.
- Provide admin support to HR and Finance Manager
- Meet and greet members of public and direct accordingly
- Update company computer system with all relevant info
- Greeting new residents and visitors
- General admin duties when required
You will have;
- 2 year’s in a busy office environment
- Experience in Healthcare industry (advantageous)
- Excellent communication
- Strong interpersonal skills
- MS Office competency
