I am looking for an experienced General Administrator or Office Administrator to join my client, a leading company within their competitive industry with locations all over NI.

Duties include;

  • Provide admin support to HR and Finance Manager
  • Meet and greet members of public and direct accordingly
  • Update company computer system with all relevant info
  • Greeting new residents and visitors
  • General admin duties when required

You will have;

  • 2 year’s in a busy office environment
  • Experience in Healthcare industry (advantageous)
  • Excellent communication
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • MS Office competency
