Leading construction firm are on the search for an enthusiastic Finance Administrator to join their Belfast office on a full-time basis.
£18,000 – £19,000
My client, an expanding and well-renowned construction firm in Belfast, are looking to add a Finance Administrator to their Commercial Team.
Reporting to the Project Accountant, you will;
- Assist in producing weekly time sheets
- Processing PAYE wages in timely and efficient manner
- Ensure fortnightly bonuses are processed
- Process payments for sub-contractors
- Ad-hoc financial and commercial admin duties when required
You will demonstrate;
- 1-2 years’ experience in similar experience
- Competency in Excel is essential
- Strong numerical/analytical skills
- Previous PAYE experience is advantageous
- Accounting degree or related is desirable
