Customer Success Manager



We’re delighted to be working with a leading NI software house in L/Derry who are recruiting for a Customer Success Manager to join their team during a period of sustained growth. Acting as the key point of contact for ongoing clients the Customer Success Manager’s role is to act as a bridge between the client and internal stakeholders with the aim of improving lines of communication, providing technical support/ advice as required with the overall aim of achieving client satisfaction.

Your day to day:

  • Liaising with clients to ensure they receive the full benefits of software/services
  • Manage relationships with the existing client base
  • Cross and upsell as the opportunities present themselves
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • 3rd level qualification
  • Proven experience in a account management/ sales/ Business development role ideally with a technical/software background
  • Excellent communication skills
  • IT proficiency 
  • Proven experience in achieving targets
