Customer Service Administrator, Dunmurry £25,000
We are working with a well- established, award-winning manufacturing company within the power and water industries who are currently recruiting for a customer service administrator.
In this role you will be –
- Liaising with customers / sales team to process customer orders and prepare quotations
- Providing all necessary after sales support.
- Delivering customer service daily
You will need –
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a customer service role.
- Experienced with data entry, record-keeping and Microsoft Office
- Minimum of 5 GCSE (or equivalent) grade C, including Mathematics and English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
