Customer Service Administrator, Dunmurry £25,000

 

We are working with a well- established, award-winning manufacturing company within the power and water industries who are currently recruiting for a customer service administrator.

 

In this role you will be –

  • Liaising with customers / sales team to process customer orders and prepare quotations
  • Providing all necessary after sales support.
  • Delivering customer service daily

You will need –

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a customer service role.
  • Experienced with data entry, record-keeping and Microsoft Office
  • Minimum of 5 GCSE (or equivalent) grade C, including Mathematics and English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
