Customer Quality Engineer
Black Fox solutions are hiring a Customer Quality Engineer for a market leading company in the Design and Manufacturing of tyre pressure monitoring systems (TPMS).
You will report to the Customer Quality Engineering Manager and make sure you have direct responsibility for all customer quality concerns.
You will be the ‘voice of the customer’ to resolve customer quality issues by coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring you do this in a correct and in a timely manner to meet customer requirements. You will also work alongside our Sales and Marketing team as a technical adviser regarding the conditions of warranty contracts.
- Degree in engineering
- Two-year minimum experience in a product development/manufacturing environment
- Experience in quality tools such as 8D, FMEA etc.
- Electronics experience
The role may also involve in occasional foreign travel.
