We are currently seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to join our client's expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the delivery of commercial and bespoke fit-out services, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Uphold high standards of health, safety, and environmental management on all projects.
• Develop and implement project strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Oversee and ensure quality construction in line with project specifications and requirements.
• Maintain strong client relationships by managing expectations and delivering professional, considerate service.
• Lead project strategy and delivery programme to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
• Monitor project progress, reporting regularly, and taking corrective actions when necessary.
• Manage operational aspects to ensure projects stay within budget and meet performance targets.
• Identify and manage risks and opportunities to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Lead and motivate project teams, supply chain, and stakeholders for seamless project execution.
• Ensure professional development within the project team to maintain technical expertise.
• Ensure consistent adherence to standard procedures and best practices.
• Manage project handover, ensuring defect-free completion and effective closure of any outstanding issues.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement industry best practices.

Essential and Desirable Criteria:

• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project).
• Strong ability to manage project costs, timelines, and quality to meet targets.
• Efficient management of staff and resources.
• Excellent understanding of contract documents, programmes, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Ability to manage diverse teams, including supply chains, direct employees, and consultants.
• Valid CSCS card.
