Assistant Accountant

A leading FMCG company in Killinchy require an Assistant Accountant to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.


  • Ensure all supplier invoices are approved & allocated to appropriate accounts headings in two different companies.
  • Post complete purchase ledger invoices
  • Reconcile supplier accounts
  • Process single and bulk BAC’s payments
  • Maintain and reconcile other relevant sundry accounts
  • General ad hoc duties as required by the Financial Controller or senior management


  • Formal accounting qualification – either accounting degree or certificate
  • If no qualifications, then a minimum of three years of experience required
  • A positive ‘can do' attitude
  • Willing to develop and grow their skills base
  • Deadline orientated
