Administrator : Commercial Team

We are delighted to be recruiting for a commercially aware Administrator to join a long standing and reputable Charitable organization at their offices in North Belfast / Newtownabbey.

Joining the Commercial team, you will support management and officers in liaising and coordinating a multitude of activities which can include;

  • Providing administrative support to unit managers
  • Diary management
  • Creation and distribution of commercial information to all stakeholders
  • Database update and coordination
  • Monthly and weekly reporting
  • External event admin and support
  • General administration duties including preparation of paperwork, filing, archiving, faxing, photocopying and answering telephone calls

For this role we are seeking a candidate who can demonstrate;

  • A sound level of education to include 4 GCSEs including Maths & English or similar
  • At least 18 months experience gained in an Admin role in a target and quality driven environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • IT Literate across MS Office suite
  • Driving license and access to a car
  • Ideally, you will be comfortable working with database / CRM systems and exposure to the community / voluntary sector is desirable
