What you'll be doing:

•         Providing 2nd/3rd line remote support

•         Escalation point for any escalated cases from 1st or 2nd Line. Dealing with complex issues until completion

•         Responding in a professional manner and delivering excellent customer service at all times


What you need:

•         Experience supporting Office 365 and supporting products (Exchange Online, SharePoint etc)

•         Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy

•         Experience supporting security appliances (SonicWALL, WatchGuard, FortiGate)

•         Experience with Hyper-V/VMWare

•         Understanding of network technologies (TCP/IP, VPN, DHCP/DNS, Firewall etc.)


•         Experience with Windows Server Technologies (Active Directory Group Policies, Remote Desktop Services, IIS, Certificate Services etc.)•
